I had the best experience at Clarkson Eyecare. I was coming into get an exam and to see my options. Abby at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. She was detailed oriented right along with me as we looked into my insurance. She was very patient and mindful and helpful! She even helped me decide on some frames and I deeply grateful because I like going to into places knowing what I want and being decisive with preparation. Abby helped me with my preparation. Great job ABBY!!

Dr. Barber is great, however the office staff at this location is very unprofessional. I thought last year it might be because some of them were new. I did hear them lie to a woman on the phone saying her glasses weren’t ready yet when they were still on the counter and had never been sent off for correction. The new employee had been advised by a more senior one to lie to the customer. I was never sure if I was being told false information by those same employees when I had issues with my glasses. I went back for my annual eye exam recently and one employee told me “I don’t care” when I told him my prescription for my sunglasses was my most recent one, which I got from Dr. Barber. Take from that what you will.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The ladies at the desk were beyond kind to spend a lot of time trying to get my insurance added to the system and with helping my child do a first time contact fitting. Dr. Barber was patient and kind- he took time to explain everything and to perform a thorough exam. Great office and even better staff! Thank you!
The staff and doctor were both excellent—professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the $100 rebate on my daily contact lenses, which was a great bonus. Overall, a very positive experience!
Walked in on a random Saturday to get my glasses adjusted. Random guy, random customer. Staff took care of the need, no charge for the help and wished me swell weekend as I walked out the door. Thanks for the kindness team!
