Pretty bad. 45 minute wait the first time, the lady was nice, but 2 of the prescriptions were worthless. The 3rd was close, but wanted to try for better. Couldn't make another appointment without going in person to have the lady "adjust my glasses" first. Another 45 minute wait at the new appointment and the guy was just in a hurry to get me out. In the end, I have 2 worthless prescriptions and another that is usable but gives me a headache after a time. Plus the overpriced glasses are junk, hinges are wobbly and feel like they are falling apart. Go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Allen Becvar today. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable, which made the experience comfortable from start to finish. His staff are equally kind, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office—10/10 experience!
