EXCELLENT staff, from the front desk to the optometry department! Dr. Gamble is amazing! He goes above and beyond to explain processes, reasoning/science, and options. Lisa, Dr. Gamble's assistant, puts patients at ease. Joe in optometry is extraordinarily helpful! He patiently guided me through the process of getting my first progressive lenses. Renee, an optician who is now at the Nifong location, has been so helpful to my family. My boys are hard on their glasses and she's helped us with warranty issues, fit problems, and picking the right glasses. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. Everyone in the optical department has helped us countless times over the last decade and they've always been helpful and kind.
Dr. R and Renee were great and super accommodating when I had to wrap up suddenly because of work. Love working with locals who care about their reputation and deliver excellent customer service!
