Hate out of my Eyewear years I didn't make this my first choice. Absolutely love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and nice. Keep doing a superb job!!!!
I always have a positive experience at Eyemart! Jakobe and Sonny have been taking care of my glasses for years, and they've provided nothing less than top tier customer service! EE has a large selection of frames, and my glasses have always been ready before the estimated timeframe,.even when they have to be ordered. I recommend Eyemart to everyone I know who wears glasses!
Matt was very quick and helpful. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen someone multi-task so well with greeting people, putting people in the computer, and working on my prescription without missing a beat. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. My glasses were ready same day.
After leaving Dr. Robert Tharp, Jr eye care office I went next door to Eye Mart and told them I was there to get some glasses, I gave them my prescription paper and they showed me where to look for my glasses. And after I found the glasses I wanted and picked out the tint that I wanted it was put in the system and was a very reasonable price. And less than one hour my new glasses were ready for me to pick them up. This was an awesome experience and great customer service from each one of them that I encountered and great quality glasses and work. Thanks
Wonderful experience first time being in, fast and professional got my glasses back within 45 minutes. When my baby girl got hers and put her glasses on, she said ooooo mama 🤣 bc she could see had everyone laughing.. we will be back
