I have went to this Vision Center a few times over the years. I don't know if its the workers today, but they are NOT as good as they use to be. I went to get a new prescription for contacts 06/2026, and paid out of pocket $180 where just couple years ago it was $120. They seem nice and helpful until there was a problem. I went on june 6, 2026 saturday and 3 days later something is wrong and my eye starts burning and tears running from eye and bloodshot. I go to the VA ER and they run test on my eye and i have a abrasion on my left inside of my eye. The doctor tells me to throw away the contact. it takes from Thursday to Tuesday for my eye to heel or so i assume. I call the Vision Center to see if the doctor can just look at my eye to tell me if its healed and if there is anyway i can get another trail pair since i had to throw the others away. The Assistant tells me they would have to charge me another $120 because she told me it wasn't there fault. How does she know its not their fault after only a couple days of having the contact in. Then i ask if the doctor can't see me can i atleast get another trail pair since i had to throw those away and she said she would have to ask the doc DR. Jones, that was yesterday on tuesday and haven't heard anything back. So i won't be going back, i will find a doctor who can take care of their patients. Very poor Patient Assistance!
