I had such a great experience with Roy at LensCrafters! He kindly fixed my sunglasses, even though they weren’t purchased there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help without hesitation. Excellent customer service!

The two ladies who helped my son find the “Meta Glasses like his Papa’s” did an excellent job. They were also able to get his glasses at an affordable price, and we are pleased with how they treated us.
