Eyemart Express

First time going to Eyemart Express. I went to the one on Colerain Ave, Cincinnati. The staff there was so pleasant. Katie, who worked with me deserves far more than 5/5 stars. She so patiently looked into what my insurance covers to see what would pair up with their special offers to find the best deals for me. Never pushy, not at all rushed, explaining simply, kindly giving me the information, and totally leaving the choices and decisions to me. No pressure whatsoever. She truly offered caring customer service. And, I was pretty amazed when my new glasses were ready in under an hour! Just great service all around.

Nora did an excellent job in getting our new glasses. Both myself and husband were able to get transition lenses . We are extremely happy with our vision. I went today to have a slight adjustment and Nora took care of me I am happy with our eyemart experience.

I was at Lens Crafters and had a horrible experience with lack of customer service….walked in to Eye Mart not knowing what to expect and Kim was so helpful. She was wonderful and I paid for two pairs of glasses vs one just because of Kim being so helpful. Thank you Kim! I would recommend anyone to come see you! 🩷

Representative was very knowledgeable and accommodating! I appreciated her comments on the glasses I chose. Also as I first time customer I had a coupon off my glasses.

Kim was AMAZING and so patient and kind with my son. We were a bit indecisive and even had trouble at check out with my new bank but she waited for us to make a call. I will definitely be back. Kim has our business FOREVER. Absolutely exceptional service.
