Really great experience! The employee was incredibly nice, funny, and made the whole process enjoyable. They helped me pick out the perfect frame, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
5/5 Stars We had an excellent experience with the customer service here. Jill, Lindsay, and another wonderful young lady whose name we didn't get were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Before coming here, we went to a few different eyeglass places in Tulsa that claimed they offered same-day service, but once we arrived, they couldn't actually do it. Eyemart Express was the only place that could get us in right away, handle our insurance smoothly, and get us on our way quickly. Highly recommended!
Had a great exciting beside the wait time. Lindsey was so helpful, super friendly. Ao was her other coworker. Not sure why there was only 2 workers as busy as they was. Definitely recommend them than the one on Yale tho
Ms. Rita spent well over an hour helping me select not only the perfect frame, but she assisted me in selecting suitable lenses to meet my needs. I saw this behavior repeated over and over again between multiple customers and associates! As a seasoned professional activity working in the healthcare industry I found this quite impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Perini and Eyemart Express for their affordability, quality and absolute outstanding customer service!
This place Got cheap on me. They did not accept my national health insurance here now after years as a faithful customer. And listening to other customers complain of them not accepting there insurance either when they did last year left me frustrated and a o well attitude so i left also. How many customers did you lose the day I walked in (3). Also, no buy one get one discounted either. Is this the new format then count me out you get 1 star
