Eyemart Express

I believe his name is Eddie. What a great customer service rep. He had the best smile and you can tell he truly cares. I came in as my glasses were broke. I just bought them in February. It was so easy. He just took me to his station and we sat down and he started to give me a new pair of glasses. It was truly that easy We got to talking Since I was sitting there anyway, I asked him to pull up my insurance and see what it would cost me to get a new pair of sunglasses He is so efficient So pleasant to work with He pulled up my insurance. He explained exactly how much I would Pay for this and how much VSP would pay for that! There were no games there were no gimmick Again You could tell that he truly cared about the person in front of him. You could tell that he really is a nice person. I gave you all fives as a company because of Eddie ( I hope that’s his name). Not only does he represent your Company very well, but he goes above and beyond!!

Do not hesitate!!! Such a thorough thorough eye exam with latest technology !! Phenomenal sales team with the utmost concern for your care and making sure your glasses are the correct ones for you and the prescription is perfect!!!! The frame selections are phenomenal to the high end lines to everyday affordable well-made stylish frames!!😎🥰

I visited to see if the lenses from my broken glasses could be transferred into a new frame. I was informed that, due to a crack in the lenses, it could not be done for safety reasons. That’s completely understandable, and I have no issue with that policy. The reason for my one-star review is the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was noticeably short, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. There was no effort to explain alternatives, offer solutions, or even engage in basic conversation. I was simply directed to the doctor’s desk. When I asked whether there were any appointments available that day, the only response I received was a silent head shake. No explanation, no suggestions, and no follow-up. I was left standing there wondering if the conversation was over because no one communicated anything further. A business doesn’t have to tell customers what they want to hear, but they should at least make them feel acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. As I was leaving, another customer who had just exited looked at me and said, “These people can be real idiots sometimes.” Hearing that from someone with no connection to me confirmed that my experience wasn’t simply a misunderstanding or a bad day. Instead, I drove about 10 minutes to Stanton Optical. The difference was night and day. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Within an hour, I had completed an eye exam and left with two new pairs of glasses. I highly discourage anyone to come to this location, go to STANTON!! It’s worth it.

My daughter came home one day and said that she went to Eyemart Express .Got her eye exam and her glasses in the same day I got my exam from my regular eye doctor and I took my prescription to Eyemart Express .I got mine back in a few days because of the different things I had put in my glasses. Was very impressed and telling people about them already. The staff is very nice and helpful. Have made an appointment already for contact lens. Great job Eye martExpress.

Jessica who helped me was amazing! She assisted me with calling the insurance company when an issue occurred and went through all of the available options plus the best bang for my buck! Was really happy with the large variety of frames available in men, kids, and women styles. Also excited that for the most part they can do glasses in a day! Only place that I knew of that did was Lenscrafters and they don't take my eye insurance. Great place and super nice staff!
