This location is so convenient and closer to home it was my first time here fast service and great customer service thank you Stephanie for assisting me with my purchase. I love my new glasses are were ready within the hour. Definitely recommend and will continue to do service here.

Didn't know that this location was so close to my home, so I stopped by Saturday, 8/02/26. Went in just to ask some questions, and absolutely no one spoke when I came in. There was 1 young lady taking care of a couple she was sitting with & another young lady literally walking around, seemingly making herself look busy but never said a word. I left out after reading the eye doctor was next door, so I walked out only to read a sign on the eye doctor's door that said no one was in today, and I needed to go online to make an appointment. Ok, so I still had questions. I walked back in and sat down for about 5 more minutes and the young lady who was walking around still didn't speak as she walked around to the various eye stations, then went to the back. I got up, drew a line through my name & grabbed a card. As I was getting into my vehicle I noticed the young lady who never addressed me or looked my way decided to come from the back to the front desk where I scratched through my name to look at the clipboard. Absolutely terrible customer service. If a person doesn't want to deal with people, perhaps they should get out of the customer service business. The bad thing is, I have tons of friends/family who wear glasses and they trust who I recommend. So, their loss. At this point, I'm not sure I could trust them to do any glasses for. Perhaps another company would be better for me, my family and friends 🧡

I made the appointment a week in advance I am a new patient working with them I was able to do the new patient form on my phone before going into the office and I did not have to do any paperwork when I got there. I had a small wait time to do my eye test both the nurse and doctor where professional hilarious and efficient. I was able to get my script for my glasses and head next door to get my frames. Also had a small wait time while they were helping other guests. When they got to us they let us know know how much my budget was that worked with my insurance and I was able to find the cutest frames of my life. The young woman we worked with was very efficient and knowledgeable about what we were asking overall 5 out of 5 Stars will do again

I had a great experience at Eye Mart. The entire process was fast and efficient from start to finish. The staff did an excellent job explaining everything clearly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I was especially impressed that both pairs of my glasses were ready within an hour. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quick service without sacrificing quality!

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was told my glasses would be ready in about an hour, which already sounded great. But to my surprise, as soon as I got in my car and started driving out of the parking lot, I received a text saying my glasses were ready! Now that’s what I call quick service. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!
