Eyemart Express

I was very pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness I got from Maiya at Eyemart Express in South Park Meadows! She was very patient with me while I decided on which style of frames to pick for my prescription sunglasses. They had so many designer frames to choose from! The store was very organized, clean and labeled with all the designer names for the frames. I was very happy with my new tortoise shell frames that were priced well. They were ready for pick up the next day and she adjusted the frames to fit my face just right! I give them an A+ for the quality of the frames as well as the staff’s helpfulness and patience! Thank you Eyemart Express!

Visited this store today to get prescription glasses for my son—our first visit at Eyemart Express. Patrick was amazing! He provided excellent service, was incredibly patient, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The glasses were ready in just 10 minutes, which was impressive. I truly couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend!

WOW I totally love my classy, new, elegant, designer, sunglasses, and my oversized, classy glasses I couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service was amazing. I was greeted kindly very friendly. Informed Customer Service. The rates were very reasonable, and I was able to pick up my two items in a much shorter time from the time they were ordered, which was also impressive. My son had used them when he was traveling from overseas and they were able to replace his lens and frames within a couple of hours, which was So very helpful I highly recommend this place for optometry selection and price. They have plenty of options.

Recently went in for my son who needed glasses since he lost his. Before we went I looked online so we knew what kind of stuff they have & a idea how much we will pay. For some reason in store is $140 MORE then whats online. I understand the frame was $20 more since they weren't on sale. I asked the lady to show me the computer so I can see why it was so pricey. She just gave me the turn around how its more in store. But by that much more?? Feel like she was adding all kinds of stuff to the lens when we just wanted the poly kind nothing added. Walked out with nothing & ordered them online. It was made & shipped out the same day! So highly recommend doing it online if you can hold off for a few days!! (:

It is so refreshing to walk in a service business and be greeted by such a positive, professional team. Patrick Told me about the specials, took my rx and checked out my insurance, all while I shopped for new frames. He was a good listener to my needs and wants and finalized my order. I came back a week later to pick up my “special” lens in new frames. Mia was the agent who helped me pick up both pairs of glasses I ordered. One pair needed a change &she immediately got that going. My special glasses were perfect. I came back in an hour and walked out with two pair that I am completely pleased. Give this Team a Platinum Star! Jean
