They worked through my concerns with glasses. It was the tone of the mgr. He came in store and sales lady asked him a question about my glasses. Now maybe she should have allowed him to get settled. He seemed agitated and asked her to wait. My 2nd time in store and he seemed dismissive to her as if she were bothering him. Now people will say that ain’t got nothing to do with your glasses. But customer service is the over all experience. Plus with me he came across rudely. I asked that my bifocal not be in center of my glasses because when I look down below it the ground is blurry. Potentially a fall hazard. He said they will fix it but that’s where it is supposed to be and they did it right and for the lady to write customer request to put it lower. Got up and walked away. As if I had accused them of sabotage or was even nasty about it. Anyways I won’t go back. And no one cares I won’t. Sick of dismissive service
