Eyemart Express

Eyemart express in spokane valley ROCKS! Our salesman Justin was amazing to work with and even made sure we got a great promo where we got a free pair of glasses with our purchased pair. Great selection for every budget. Got 2 pairs of glasses for me, my partner, and grandpa all in under 2 hours. They even adjusted a pair of frames i didnt buy from them. I will keep going back any time I need new glasses. You can even get an eye exam at the independent optometrist that has a office in this location. Keep up the amazing work guys! You are amazing and I tell everyone I know.... Go to Eyemart express!

Great location. They made room in the schedule for me last minute, gave a great eye appointment from a great professional, then they even got me my prescription glasses same day within a couple hours of my appointment. Isaias R is the man who made it all happen. They have a good employee with Isaias there.

Two years ago I was in need of prescription sun glasses. I went in to see how much and they didn’t cost me an arm and a leg the lady was very kind and willing to help… even tried helping me get better deals too. My glasses completely just fell apart recently and I went in suuuper late at night and the kind gentleman helped me and was patient… two pairs of my glasses only costed me 40$!!! Like what a crazy deal and sooo helpful than waiting on my insurance for the next 8 weeks to get my new pair in. Always will recommend them. I’ve always left happy and with glasses that last awhile.

The general manager was great to work with he knew exactly what my husband wanted and gave us examples and when my husband had questions or didn’t understand things, especially on his prescription from his optometrist, he brought out examples and made sure that we were happy with everything they were also done in a sufficient manner in less than two hours for all four glasses for me and him and we were updated as they were getting done along the way when we came and picked him up the guy at night was very professional as well. Made sure that we were happy. Any questions gave us cases for each of ours and then told us that he was out of the cleaning rags and to stop by in a few days and they’d be more unhappy to give us some and he apologized about that as well. As usual, great experience from Eyemart express!

I had my very first eye exam at serenity. After I had my exam I was able to go over to Eyemart and pick out my glasses. Alec made the experience fun and helped me pick out 2 perfect pairs! Alec was very helpful and informative about everything. Thank you Eyemart and Alec!
