This was a great experience! Vonyana helped us access our insurance benefits and took care of all of the details for my son's glasses. The store was full of people yet all employees provided amazing customer service for everyone---most impressive!!! Highly recommend!!!

I lost my glasses so I called the local store in the mall and they said no problem I could reorder the same pair and pay over the phone. I did and they explained my frame warranty would remain because I bought the same exact pair. When I picked them up they tried to sell me another warranty and I told them no I was told I would keep the one I already paid for and they said that's not how it works here. So I go a refund on the glasses and went to vision for less and got my glasses within an hour and paid 100 dollars less.

I was very satisfied with the service, timely turn around and cost of the glasses and sunglasses I just purchased. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Shakayla was very helpful in helping me choose my frames.
