I had 2 pair of glasses ordered. They were both ready within 44 minutes. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Even tho they were super busy my wait time was so fast. I highly recommend there service.
Top-notch customer service! Been getting my glasses here since I moved to Abilene in 2021. Never had a single issue with my experience. Our whole family gets glasses here. Have had to use the warranty a couple of times and it's a smooth, fast process! See Kenny or Joseph!
I was SO PLEASED with my experience at Eyemart. The doctor listened to my needs and my prescription came out so perfect. First time in years that I have had a prescription for eye glasses that came out great. I am so happy 😊😃 And then the staff was excellent - very helpful, very friendly and professional. The girl who helped me with my glasses was also awesome. And then, to make it even better, I got my glasses in about 20 minutes, 2 pair!!!! They also made my second pair for free. The girl who helped me with my glasses told me it would be about an hour, so I left there and started heading over to Chik-fil-a to get food and before I could even get through the drive-thru, I got a textthat my glasses were ready!! They are very efficient!! I am so happy with them, I give them a 10 out of 10. I definitely plan to return there when I need glasses again.
Staff assistance and service was outstanding. Shelby and Makenna were very helpful, explaining things and, I felt, even going a step beyond to grab a separate computer to calculate every option, like insurance with lens options I needed & wanted vs coupons, deals, etc. I ended up able to get two pair for much less than the price of one in my past experience buying from others. For example, I have had to pay $600-$700 in prior years for two pair and walked out of Eye Express having spent $150.79! Also, I had barely walked in the door at home when I received a text that the first pair was done. I'm still reeling!
These are very helpful people. I got my two pairs of glasses here and Elizabeth helped me. She came up and asked if I needed help when I was browsing so I decided to purchase my glasses here instead of elsewhere. Everyone here is super patient and is willing to make things right. The manager himself took the time to correct my lens because I felt something was off. He instantly corrected the situation and had re ordered my lenses. They have nice styles and surprisingly one of the pair that I felt looked good was very inexpensive. Thanks again.
