I have been using this location of Visionworks for several years. I’ve gone in other optical places but always return back here since the staff is always personable and attentive as well as a varied selection. Many other places have wait time, but I’ve rarely had to wait here for any length of time before getting assistance or at least a check in on needs. These staff persons know their stock, are helpful and honest, not pushy, with helping make choices on not only how they look, but financially. If I need an adjustment, it is always the same friendly service. The fact that the employees have been consistently the same ones for some time now and the new person recently is obviously being trained in a similar manner, implies to me this must be a quality place to work and for me to continue doing business. I would highly recommend Visionworks!

I have been visiting this location for a long time now, and I always feel so welcomed. The staff are very courteous and attend to my needs all the time. To put it short I will say they go above and beyond all the time to make sure my needs are met. I have a very short and flat nose bridge and so it is alway difficult to find a right fit that will not sit on my cheeks. But the two ladies are so patient with me in trying and adjusting until I am comfortable. I have been to other eye places, but will always return to this location. Thank you guys for your exceptional customer service 👏.
