I moved here from Austin and have tried a couple other places. This team has been my favorite. The are don’t have 20 different apps to order glasses and contacts like the other places and the team is legit trying to get you in and out with no upsale shenanigans. Thank you!

The staff was so helpful..The doctor she was amazing..She really helpful..I will be going back to do my eye exam hear..
I would not recommend these people to anyone. They lie so much it’s unreal. They want to squeeze every dollar you have out of your insurance and you. I never been to an eye doctor that if the doctor ask to reexamine you or see you back in a week or two you have to pay more. In the beginning when my children and I went to them I asked the ladies at the front do the glasses have warranty on them before getting them and they were like oh yeah there’s a one year warranty. I take the glasses up there couple months later because where the screw goes is striped the lady takes the glasses back there and glues in a screw that is entirely to big so I ask like what is this she said if it doesn’t hold bring them back that I would have to pay for new frames WHAT?? What happened to the warranty?? Now if for whatever reason that TOO LONG screw would have stuck my 12 yr old daughter in the eye they it would have been a bigger issue. Now here I am having issues with my contacts like they are not strong enough okay fine I’ll pay to go back worse mistake not only am I out of pocket $140 a pair of glasses I can’t see out of but these suckers want me to pay more to come back in like what?? Because you can’t get a good reading or the prescription right I have to pay more money. Mind you just for the frames alone were 200 a piece I got 3 frames and my contacts then on top of that had to pay money out of pocket for whatever reason that the insurance didn’t cover. You people are a joke and a rip off.
This is the second visit my son has had here. Everyone is very professional and kind. The waiting area is nice and tidy. This is the first time he has gotten his prescription glasses from here and they are great and we got them quickly. I will definitely continue to take him here for his exam and prescription glasses.
We’ve been going here for years and have always had great service. Usually, I take the prescription and get glasses elsewhere. This year I found a pair there and ordered them. Now, I will never get glasses anywhere else. I’ve been wearing no line bifocals for about 4 years and these are by far better quality lens. This best I’ve been able to see in years. Thank you for all your help!
