#UPDATE: Similar situation a few months later. Cara fixed me up, made me smile, and blew my mind telling me about AI glasses for the hearing impaired. Wow! Big thanks to Shelly and Angelica for fixing me up when I was in a fix by fixing my glasses after I "Atomic Elbowed" them into submission getting into the car. They were friendly and respectful and kind. I appreciate their help

I bought my glasses and frames from Lenscrafters a while ago they have held up over the years very good! Recently however they began to bend and feel more like bifocals, the frame arms were bent up so they became hard to wear. I was worried to break them without the right tools, so I showed up to lenscrafters to get them fixed. When I got there Cara helped me out and she was amazing! She unbent the frames and went out of her way to fix my lenses and clean them as well! During this she was super friendly and at the end didn’t even charge us! If you need something these guys are awesome! And thank you so much Cara for helping me out!
I have never used Len’s Crafter’s, but my husband recently purchased his new glasses here and was very pleased with how they give him a wider view with bifocals, etc. So I decided to get my glasses here as well. Selection of frames are wonderful and a wide price range. If you have vision insurance, they also take insurance. They have been so helpful and nice. I had to go back for an adjustment and no problem. Nice ladies to work with. They also changed nose piece to a silicone material. Much more comfortable. Give them a try next time you need a new pair of glasses.
Worst experience ordering glasses and lenses I have had in decades. Now I am stuck with awful lenses on my glasses with out having to pay HUNDREDS of dollars to use them upgraded. Wasted hundreds of dollars on these lenses just to find out I’m stuck with them. My options were not made clear at all while ordering these. Pricing was not discussed on other options nor did they listen to my requests and what I needed done. Len’s Crafters needs to do better! I have ordered from cheap online websites and had better results!!
Ms Anecia at the Abilene mall location provided outstanding customer service. She was very helpful In assisting me with my eyeglasses repair.
