This is the place to be for your Eyecare needs. The environment is welcoming. The staff is friendly. Questions are answered quickly and clearly. The office itself is very clean, and the patient rooms are nice and clean as well. Watching the office staff together reminds me of a birthday celebration where the vibe is cheerful and everyone is smiling. Dr. Whitney, also is top notch. If you need eye care this is the place to call/visit.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming but good god the prices are obscene. For one thing they require a $40 test you can't easily opt out of. My exam copay is $10. I ended up paying $180 just to have them give me my exam and replace my lenses. I didn't even get new frames. If I had it would have been closer to $350. Mind you, I have an extremely basic prescription they already had on hand. I have insurance and was told it was cheaper to not use it (not sure what kind of sense that makes).. but then got a call a couple days later stating my insurance wasn't working and now I owe an additional $30 on top of the $180 I've already paid. Just to replace my lenses. When I was under the impression they weren't using my insurance in the first place. I went to eyemart express and got 2 pairs of all new glasses, frames and all, for $80. The staff really is very lovely. Very sweet and welcoming. The exam process was thorough, and they didn't do the dreaded air puff to the eye which I appreciated. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. But in this economy, I really can't recommend this place just due to the prices.

The staffs are very kind, professional, treating customers with respect and dignity. The staff who examined my eyes even went beyond by allowing my 3 years old daughter help her with things to make her see what she was looking at during my examination. My chikd was very excited to see what she was doing and didn't feel left out. Great place to go for your vision needs. You all rock, from receptionist to the doctors and 👌 team.

This is an excellent place to receive an eye exam and glasses (myself, and 2 children have purchased exams and glasses here). The optical lab personnel that helped us was so sweet, and the young lady who examined my daughter’s eyes before the doctor saw her was so kind to us. I would have rated this 5 stars but the front desk clerk was not so friendly, checking in I felt like I was more of a bother instead of a valued customer.
