I just love the optometrist!!! She's quick and thorough. I wear my new glasses from the time I wake up till I go to bed. My first pair of progressives at 53! I came here because I knew they would get me in and out quick! They accept my United Health insurance as well.
Since when does someone who can barely speak English, ask for your social just to make an appointment. That’s super sketchy. Omally they get it once your there at the appointment but just to make one ???
Dr. Carr and staff were kind and efficient. They communicated well and helped me with my insurance. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Carr listened to my concerns. I highly recommend these ladies. Very professional!
The girl at the front desk was impatient, rude, on her phone and seemed to not want to be bothered. I was in a hallway for part of my exam. My glasses were the worst prescription I have ever had. I haven’t been able to see with them since the first time I put them on. Even I called the Dr to inform her my prescription is off, she blamed it on the place I got the frames, which I have never had a problem with. My first experience and only experience here was by far the worst I have ever had and I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old. I will not go back nor will I recommend.
I LOVE DR CARR! She is very professional and soo pleasant. The front desk workers are always nice as well. It’s always like visiting family.❤️❤️
