Mrs. Shelia Was Amazing And She Went Beyond Expectations To Help Me Figure Out My Insurance Situation And Also Called Them To Work Out The Situation And I Walked Out Highly Satisfied Cause How She Help Me And Was Very Patient.. I Wish Could Give Her Twenty Stars..

Obviously not very intelligent people taking phone calls and setting appointments. I needed my eyes checked. I called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the next Monday. The person taking my call asked for all insurance info, which I gave. I rearranged my schedule at work to get my eyes examined on Monday. I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment to notify me my insurance was out of network. The amount of inconvenience this caused was a lot, and all because someone doesn't care enough about people to do their job diligently. I wouldn't recommend making an appointment at this place unless it's the last place on earth. If they don't care about people, there are plenty of other places that do.
