I visited the clinic today and nothing short of amazing from the customer service and care especially considering I was a walk-in. The wait was not long at all and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable regarding co-pays and explaining warranties/fees. I am really pleased and enjoyed my visit today. I usually go to the location in Byram but this Jackson staff was phenomenal. I love💗 good customer service, if I could tip I would lol Shoutout to Dr. Bullin and the entire staff. 10 out of 10 recommend 👍🏾 Sincerely, A happy customer 😊

The wife and I had a great experience at Mississippi eye today. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean facility and with my insurance my out of pocket was very little. Not a large selection of frames but i was able to find a pair the wife liked. Doesn't hurt that they're only 8 minutes from my house. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, I’ve never had any complaints until now! I recently went in for my routine eye exam. My appointment was at 2:30. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t be serviced unless I had a mask on. I didn’t have a problem with that. I went and got a mask. When I returned I noticed that everyone didn’t have to follow the same rules because there was a lady in there with no mask!! If you guys have a mask rule then everyone should have to follow this same rule!!

Even though the wait time can be long sometimes, they do a really thorough job. The new doctor and the staff are really professional and knowledgeable. She was able to fit me with the perfect contacts!

Wish they were more upfront & more knowledgeable on what products they are selling. Shouldn’t be trying to get more money out of people & more trying to resolve the issues that they caused. Love supporting small businesses but when you’re spending $300+, I would like to know I’m not being ripped off.
