I went in for a routine eye exam and received world-class service. The receptionist was helpful with my insurance and scheduling. Dr. Youn was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms throughout the appointment. Bloomfield Hills is lucky to have such a great optometrist in the community. I highly recommend Eye Place.
My daughter got her Paragon CRT lenses (Dream Lenses) here, and we've been patients for two and a half years. What I appreciate most is how the doctor treats children—always kind, patient, and great at explaining things so my daughter can easily understand. Thank you for the great care!
I will not be going back. People were nice enough and services were provided however I don’t know what those services are. They had me go through like 6 tests ,which is fine but I got zero feedback on the results from those tests. There was also a language barrier that made it difficult to understand what was going on only thing discussed was my actual prescription.
Doctor is very professional and friendly., Knowledgeable and caring. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
I had a very good experience. Appointment was easy to make. The waiting room is clean. The doctor is very knowledgeable and patient. He gave me several options based on my changed eyeball shapes, even some options are cheaper than I originally planned. I finally decided to use the most easy and cheap option per doctor's recommendation. Thank you Doctor.
