I was truly impressed with my experience at the eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The entire appointment process was handled efficiently, with minimal wait time, yet nothing felt rushed. The optometrist was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the exam and answer all of my questions with care and clarity. I appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented they were, making sure my vision needs were fully addressed. Overall, the level of customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The office was clean, well-managed, and created a comfortable environment. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care and a smooth, stress-free experience.

I had a gentleman his name is Gavin at the Sylvan Lake vision and he was great very polite. Very helpful. Lots of fun lots of energy and he made you feel right at home. Great employee.

The doctor conducted a thorough eye exam and I have complete confidence in her recommendations and my new prescriptions. A few optometrists at other facilities are always reluctant to find the proper fitting contacts with mono vision. This dr told me she wants me in a certain brand and for sure daily’s. She explained the oxygen to the eye and other factors. Again, trust in her exam. The girl who helped me, I failed to get her name, was very patient and offered helpful facts and opinion on my frames. She too explained the different weights of lenses and why I needed a particular one. Same with the type of lens. The store was becoming very busy and I was more concerned about getting me out of there than she was . I never felt rushed and I left feeling very satisfied and pleased with my choices. It’s been a long time since I have had such a favorable visit to the eye doctor and choosing glasses. They’re ordering several contact samples to find best fit!

The office is beautiful and clean. My optometrist Dr. Sasha really took care of me. She spent so much time and did all of the appropriate eye exams. She was so kind and gracious. I loved the glasses I was able to purchase from the office!

Aurora was very patient with me, helping me all the way. Picking out my frames and the best way to go, as far as billing. Dr. Koshat is very through and knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable.
