I had an excellent experience at Eyes & Optics. The staff member who assisted me was extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. The service was efficient, friendly, and welcoming from beginning to end. I also felt that the pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this office and look forward to returning in the future.

Truly a horrible place. They are rud and prices are over the roof. Every time I get glasses done at Goveneur Hospital location I always say to myself this is the last time. The lady manager who is the worst that I have dealt with in that location was bitter and miserable. She did not want to work with me from the moment I walked in. Hate to give bad reviews , but this establishment deserves it!!! NO MORE TODAY WAS MY LIMIT, WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
