Didn’t expect much, but EYES.NYC really impressed me. Service is top-notch — professional but super easygoing, no pressure at all. They actually take time to help you find frames that fit your face and style, not just sell you something. Great selection too — a lot of quality and stylish options. I ended up with a pair I wouldn’t have picked myself, but they look perfect. Quick turnaround, perfect fit, and overall just a smooth experience. Easily one of the best optical shops I’ve been to in NYC. Highly recommend.
Eyes.NYC is great! They're always transparent with pricing and they're very welcoming. In my time as a patient, I've been guided to two pairs of glasses that elicited tons of compliments. They've also adjusted my glasses on a few occasions with friendliness and minimal hassle.
