I had the best experience when I went to Eyes of Wellington, in the Wellington Mall. Stacy Gale was so knowledgeable and patient as I picked out a new pair of glasses. I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. I really appreciated her taking her time as I picked out the perfect glasses that went with my style. I’m happy to continue a long time friendship with them. Thank you Stacy!
Went to Wellington Office. John tried to sell me a pair of glasses for $750.00. He also said it would be more if I used my Medicare Benefits. I went to S Florida Vision in W Palm and paid $250.00. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I highly recommend Eyes of Wellington, they provide outstanding customer service. Bella was able to locate a part for one of my glasses from Mytika, it was a special order part from Germany. She was able to locate the same part, and managed to fix my favorite glasses in less then a week. Bella was very helpful, and a kind person to work with. I was also impressed with the name brand frames they have available, and will be buying my next pair of glasses at Eyes of Wellington.
Excellent service. From the exams to fitting of glasses. Everyone is fantastic! Dr Eisenberg is thorough and extremely knowledgeable.
If I could give 10 stars, I would break my clicker doing so. I’ve never seen a business so helpful even after I said I was going to another optometrist that was closer due to the pain in my employers eye from contacts stuck to her eye, refusing to come out. Led by Wafa, I had to come leave a great and satisfied review, who was super informative and helpful over the phone. I cannot say enough generous and nice things about the way this establishment conducts their business. It’s more than extracting maximum dollars out of clients and customers, it’s about the after care and overall quality at which Wafa and her office treats their customers, a rare but delightful experience nowadays.
