I had a really good experience coming here. I wish I knew who answered the phone because that young lady was extremely helpful at getting me in at the last minute as a new patient. From Angie at the front desk to Amy who may be a PA (sorry if I have that incorrect) and eventually I saw Dr. Dena Naaman, I felt completely at ease. They were all so kind and patient. When speaking with me they just emit calm positive energy. I am very appreciative. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Naids and the entire staff were wonderfully professional and genuinely kind from check-in to check out. I have never had a more thorough exam and they explained every step clearly, which really put me at ease. Dr. Naids sat with me and patiently explained in clear non-technical terms what my surgical options were for the best vision correction I have given their test findings. I left feeling confident in my eye care and appreciated how smoothly the whole visit went. Thank you Dr. Naids and staff.

The Techs that performed my tests were caring and kind. Dr. Rowland explained the results so I understood what was happening to my eyes. She listens to my concerns and genuinely shows care. I would definitely recommend this practice.A very pleasant visit.

If you want a doctor who doesn't care about her patient, go to Megan Rowlands. She was my dr for almost 4 years. She is about as empathetic as a door knob. She is supposed to be a glaucoma specialist. But when I started to have horrible issues with itching & burning from the glaucoma drops, I could not even talk to her. It would take several days before I would hear back from one of her staff because they had to speak to her which took a day or longer than call me back. In the meantime, I'm suffering. When I asked her why she couldn't call me direct, she said, I don't do that. I know for a fact other drs in her office do return patients' calls and for less serious concerns. Also she messed up the orders for my cataract surgery in 2021. I told her and her surgical scheduler that I wanted the advanced optic nerve procedure called the eye stent when doing the cataract surgery. The cost was $2500. I approved it and was told to bring the check to the surgery clinic. When I got there I handed the lady my check, she said, what's this for? I told her I was paying for the eye stent optic nerve procedure. She said that isn’t on your surgical list. Then when they were prepping me to go in the OR for the cataract surgery, Rowlands comes in at the last minute and says, I can still do that now. I told her, no thank you. I have discovered since leaving her office that I have an advanced case of dry eye. Not once did she offer any help in resolving this although she would mention it as a side note, She would say you have dry eye and tell me to use artifical tears but didn't tell me how serious my condition was. I've also found through research of my own, that prolonged dry eye occurs often after cataract surgery because the surgeron can disrupt the tear film, and the small incisions or the inflammation afterward might impact the glands that produce tears. In some cases, pre-existing dry eye can make it feel worse because now the tear glands might not produce tears as effectively, or the oil glands on the eyelids might be affected. So now I dealing with the worse case of dry eye my current dr has ever seen so thanks to Megan Rowlands and her uncaring nature. Stay clear of this woman, she doesn't know the meaning of the Hippocratic oath.

Dr. Walsh is amazing! I have been going to him for several years and really appreciate his professionalism and his friendly way of explaining everything he’s doing. All of the Doctors and staff are exceptional. Allen L referred me ten years ago for cataract surgery and I am very thankful……I referred my wife, business partner, and multiple friends over the years, and I have never heard a complaint only praises….
