Dr. Monks is patient, attentive, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally experienced. She takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything thoroughly, making you feel comfortable and confident throughout your visit. I drove 45 minutes for my appointment, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my eye care. After meeting with Dr. Monks, I knew I had made the right choice. She has the latest technology and is truly dedicated to her patients in a way that is very rare to find today. Her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellence set her apart. This was my first visit with Dr. Elena Monk, and I was very impressed. I left a voicemail over the weekend and got a call back first thing on Monday morning. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, and they were able to fit me in the same day as this was super convenient for my schedule. Dr. Monk was wonderful. I always struggle with the “Which is better, 1 or 2?” part of the exam, and she was very patient and never rushed me. The office is beautiful, spotless, and very nicely designed. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’m so happy I found this practice and would definitely recommend Dr. Monk to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
