Incredible service that saves you time and hassle! I had a wonderful experience at Eyes on Las Vegas today. Walking in, I expected the usual headache of dealing with insurance claims and filing for reimbursements, but Jacob and Hica from Dr. Joseph Pfondevida’s office completely turned my day around. They were incredibly efficient, getting my prescriptions sorted out in no time. The absolute best part? They handled the insurance directly, so I didn't have to spend hours dealing with paperwork or claiming a reimbursement myself. It is a huge relief to find a medical office that values their patients' time and delivers such seamless, stellar customer service. Highly recommend Dr. Pfondevida and his amazing team!

Poor poor eyes of Mine … and Behold , a quaint office , Fabulous Assistants and of course an Eye Doctor that made an impression on me . Attention to detail and genuine care to a patient on a one on one basis in your face undivided attention Deluxe and Top of the Line service and expert as well as professional care of course . You all need to know and meet those people that work in that office . You will not get disappointed,frustrated and irritated or annoyed. In fact you will be overjoyed by the undivided attention and focus on the patient. Great to meet such wholesome and kindhearted team. Office is great! Super nice inside. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they help when you’re trying to decide on a new glasses style. The doctor is also super nice and not always pushing for you to get a new prescription if he doesn’t think you need it unlike other offices that always want to make a big sale. Highly recommend!

Eyes on Las Vegas earned a customer today. I was having trouble with the fit of some glasses I'd bought SOMEWHERE ELSE. I took them in and the kind gentleman behind the counter adjusted the hinges and the earpieces for me so they fit PERFECTLY. Amazing service, great selection (because I looked around while he was helping me), and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended! A+
