I love the team at Glassbox! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are thorough and explain options well without feeling pressured into something you don't understand. They also have a good selection and fair prices. They also have good equipment for all the modern testing and measurements that make things so much easier, faster, and more accurate. I don't normally write reviews unless it's something truly outstanding and I witnessed that first hand today. Karina fixed my glasses with just a tightening and was quick. There was no pressure to buy or any sort of upsell. I was actually shocked it was free of charge. I cannot say the same thing about the Lencrafter of Downtown Summerlin saying I had broken glasses and needed new frames and lenses. Paulette was great in answering my questions and made sure that I was able to order the out of stock glasses from the manufacturer. Get your glasses here because they know how to treat people well.

Glass Box Eyecare is excellent and extremely helpful! From the very beginning, the staff—Karina and Paulette—were so polite, friendly, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help my family and me, making the whole experience stress-free. The doctor was kind, attentive, and very helpful as well. They set us up with glasses and adjustments right away, and even helped my kids pick out the styles they really wanted. Their patience and care truly stood out.
