Shepherd Eye Center

This was my first visit to the clinic and I was able to make an appointment online very easily. I registered online so the check in process is very fast. I had very little wait time and the staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Rosen was thorough with my examination and explained clearly on my eyes’ health. All and all a very positive experience.

The staff members are very good at each stage of eye exam. Dr. Ho was very quick and seemed to be in a hurry. He did answer all the questions I had. Beginning of the visit was 20 min. later than the scheduled time. The total time taken for the visit was over an hour. I had to wait 15 min. just for the printout of my new eyeglass prescription.

Shepherd Eye Center is my eye care provider of choice. A patient for over six years with no complaints. My only concern would be the increasing cost of eye wear..

I checed-in around 9:38am but my appointment was 10:10. I was wondering it was 10:45 they never called me so I went to the front desk near the entrance door to ask why they never called me yet since I was there very early. She told me I should be called at 10:10! She said I will be the next person to be called. I waited again for 20 mins still my name was not called. My husband told me to check again because it was 10:40 already still no one called me yet. I stood up to ask but it was a different person who I asked with the same question. She said I need to talk to the other front desk for Shepherd Eye Center. I went in & asked the same question. She was not sure why they never called me yet. She told me to go back to the waiting area to be called. The maximum time altogether to be called for the preparation was over an hour. My previous experience at the other place when I had my cataract removal in McCleod was more efficient.
