Best optical team I’ve ever worked with. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The doctor was efficient and informative and then Jackie helped me pick out I think my favorite glasses I’ve ever had. She knew so much about what size worked best with my prescription and even knew about some secret color options that weren’t on the floor 😁 I actually enjoyed my time at the doctors office thanks to the team at Optic Gallery Ft. Apache. I should’ve written everyone’s name down but everyone was stellar.

I have been coming to this optical office for 4 years now, and I can truly say they have always treated me with respect and kindness. Every single staff member takes their time with me, making sure I feel comfortable and well cared for. The doctor is amazing — patient, attentive, and thorough. She never rushes and always makes sure to explain everything clearly. I genuinely feel valued every time I come in. I am very happy and grateful for all the care and professionalism they have shown me over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an office that truly cares about their patients.

I would like to say the service was good. The greetings were good and all the people was great was excellent. It was my first time in 32 years and they made me feel so comfortable. Thank you, keep up the good work. Oh yeah, and the bathroom smelled amazing and was very clean. I\n Will refer my friends and family. You guys get 10 stars.

My husband and I went to Optic Gallery for our yearly check-up, and we had a great experience. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Richard Eusebio was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam. He showed genuine care and made sure both my husband and I were comfortable throughout the visit. We truly appreciate your excellent service and highly recommend this office!

Very good place. Im glad that I went here instead of some cheap place.They were super nice and polite and took plenty of time to explain my options and help me pick out the best glasses for me. I really appreciate the service they provided. I didn't know glasses are like anything else, you get what you pay for. Dawn was great she did an awesome job!
