Eyes On Lincoln

My family came here for the eyes exam and glasses recently. The services from intake through glasses consultation are exceptional. Dr Jacob Webber and the Technicians were great, no rushing or pushing at all. They provided a printout copy of the prescription in the end without me asking for it, which I never experienced at all other opticals that I went to. Will definitely come back again!

I was long overdue for an eye checkup and asked my son Scott "did he know a reputable establishment for an eye exam?" Fortunately, this was one time I listened to his advice. I couldn't have been happier with Dr. Gildersleeve, Creighton, and his staff. Very friendly, personable, and professional. I not only had a complete exam, but also ordered a pair of glasses. Highly recommended!!

Horrible experience. My wife had her eye appointment on December 5th and ordered a new pair of prescription glasses. It has been 6 1/2 weeks and her glasses still aren't in. We have called numerous times just to be told that they'll be "ready next week". If her eyeglasses are not finished and ready to be picked up by the end of the week, I will be filing a complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General and initiating a charge back for goods not delivered.

I’ve been going to an eye doctor for over 20 years. This was my very first visit to Eyes on Lincoln and it was the most comfortable and helpful experience I’ve ever had in all that time. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Weber was extremely clear, kind, and helpful.

I did not feel helped or welcomed at all here. 0 stars. I came into see if I can get trial contacts considering I’ve gotten eye exams/ trials here before..I felt talked down to the whole time & was made to feel like a bother.. never again. I do not recommend eyes on Lincoln.
