I went to Eye on Meridian for my annual exam. They were beyond professional and courteous before, during and after my appointment. However, that is not the only reason they earned this 5-star review. Several months after getting my new pair of glasses, my previous pair of glasses, from a competitor, were damaged. Since I use the old pair as my spare, I asked Eye on Meridian if they could repair them for me. It is important to point out that the closing time of this location is 530 pm and upon arriving at 520 pm, I was greeted as if they just opened! I asked if they could help and due to the time, I was more than willing to leave the glasses and pick them up at a later date. Oh no, they took them right away and asked if I could wait for a few minutes. At 535 PM, professionally repaired and cleaned glasses were returned to me - and they fitted me, just like they were first picked up, to make sure they were properly aligned.
To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised with thier last minute service. As if they couldn’t have provided a better experience, I was super impressed when they would not charge me a dime! Eye on Meridian has my family’s business for life. 😁
