Best eye care experience I've ever had! The staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. Dr. Denise Capps is by far the best eye doctor I've seen, especially for chronic dry eye issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to truly help her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Capps and her entire team!
My cataract surgery could not have been better. My vision has improved significantly and will only get better by the day. Dr. Mong and his staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Absolutely a great experience! I went in very nervous, considering eyes and their fragile nature. But, every staff member was calm and encouraging, supportive and attentive to any little need that I may have had. They took the time to answer and explain their answers. A GREAT experience with great results!!!
I recently had LASIK surgery at Vision Quest Medical, and I can confidently say it has been a life-changing experience. Being legally blind before the procedure, I never imagined seeing the world so clearly—just three days post-op, and I feel amazing! Dr. Jacob Mong was my surgeon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He was incredibly supportive throughout the process and performed every step with such precision, especially during the detailed pre-surgery testing. His calm and reassuring presence made all the difference. James Bewley also played a huge role in my journey, checking my eyes both the day before and the day of the surgery. He was not only thorough but also very engaging and encouraging, which helped ease my nerves. A very special thank you to Desiree, who went above and beyond by staying late to complete my testing and dilation—even past her work hours. She was so kind and relatable, especially since she had undergone the same surgery herself. And of course, I owe a heartfelt thank you to Keri Jensen-Snyder for making this opportunity possible and for being by my side every step of the way. The entire leadership team, including Staci and Danika, was incredibly supportive and helped make this experience truly seamless and uplifting.
