See Dr. Nielson. Don't wait. Just go. He, his staff and the facility are fantastic. Completely professional from start to finish. I cannot recommend The Eye Site stronger than this, by far the best in the Treasure Valley.

I had a great experience today at The Eye Site. Dr. Rowley gave me a very thorough eye health exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me some options regarding my contact lenses. The staff was very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this office!
Staff here is amazing! The doctor really took her time to chat, go over everything and explain all the details. Finding glasses was a dream, she literally spent a good 30 minutes finding me the pair I loved. I never felt rushed at all! She even went and got another staff member to help me decide on 2. HIGHLY recommend!
Not a personable or welcoming environment. The younger staff seem to lack basic customer service skills and were standoffish during my visit. They failed to forward my prescription to the VA as requested, but they certainly didn't hesitate to push an unnecessary $1,000 eye cleaning upgrade. Our local veteran community has discussed this and we all feel the same. If your a civilian they are probably ok.
DR was awesome! Staff was very nice. My complaint is that it took 3 weeks to get my glasses! I had to constantly call in and check on them and when they DID come in, I was never notified despite they had all my contact info.
