Let me just say my family has been coming here for years. We purchased glasses in march paid in cash. Come back in July frame just broke while on my mom’s face no problem. Brought them back to the place because this is where they were purchased when I tell you I went to the receptionist to ask if they could be repaired because I don’t know this is not what I do for a living so I don’t know if they’re repairable or not. She was extremely rude barely gave me a chance to explain and said that can’t be fixed. It’s unrepairable she said and they’re probably over a year old so I don’t have that frame anymore. I then try to explain that it hasn’t been more than a few months not even six months to be exact. She finally decided to look it up and realize that it hasn’t been not even half a year. She very rudely took them and said fine, but I still don’t have that frame. Needless to say, she was able to find the same frame in a different color which we could care less about. It was then replaced at no cost as it should be and the person who repaired them was very kind. That being said there was no reason for her to speak to us in that manner or act like we were aggravating or bothering her when this is her job. Because my family has been coming there for years I am extremely disappointment at their lack of customer service, especially coming from the person who is at the front desk. It’s a real shame to have to be treated that way.

I’m giving this star because I’ve been a patient at Eyes and Optics for 6 years. My last eye exam, in which I questioned and was not looked into, I’ve had a PD of 60 since I started wearing glasses at age 40 it never changed since then. My first two eye exams at your office if you check my prescriptions it was 60 , my glasses were fine. The last exam I had I got a copy of my prescription and the PD said 59.0 and I know if your PD is off by a mm makes a huge impact on your eyes. When I went to pick out my glasses I said this to the guy and lady there I said this is the wrong PD , the guy said well that’s your new prescription so who made the mistake? They just told me to pick out my glasses. When I picked up my new glasses, I told them I could not see out of them , I was told just keep wearing them they will adjust , this is the way you treat the elderly and cause more problems to their eyes with the wrong prescription? So I went home and it only got worse I was getting severe headaches and nausea, felt like I was looking cross eyed. I came back and forth over a half dozen or more times and still they would not check my other prescriptions which I asked and the other woman who sit behind the laptop said nasty well it doesn’t make a difference in the PD is she a Dr? No. I said yes it does and still the just got annoyed and said just wear the glasses, how can I wear glasses I can’t see out of. Still I came back and forth this went on a long time they did not fix the issue. I was back in there a couple months ago in March 2026 again and spoke to the front desk and told them the same issue that I’ve been going through one receptionist said oh yeah if my PD is off by half a mm or so I cannot see out of my glass and said your PD has to be correct. Still no one was helping the issue, so I have these brand new glasses I never wore and was charged to my insurance and were never fixed . So I am wearing an old pair of glasses from your office. Why isn’t anyone doing the right thing and issue me new glasses with the correct PD? You have all my information in your computer. Donna Urciuoli

I went there yesterday to pick up my son's eyeglasses. The place is ok, service is ok, it could be more helpful! Not much wait time for me. They also have eye dr , so you can actually see the dr & choose glasses .

Great staff, the eye doctor, Dr. Ali Sunya was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Especially the Optician Mr. Tito, he knew exactly what frames would fit good on my face!

Am just hear seeking solution for my special needs son's broken eye glasses and am encountering a male front desk rude guy! Thank God there is a gentle Oscarwho sits in the back, very professional and knows a thing or two about customer service! Thank you. I suggest management trains the front guy how to be professional and to be inclusive! He was rude and 😠!
