I consider myself a lucky person when I came across Eyesite Optometric a few weeks ago. I snapped the arm from my 25 yr old reading glasses. Yes, I have new lenses in them every couple of years. I could not find anyone to replace the arm. I called, Christina Rodriguez the Practice Manager answered. Long story short, she replaced both arms with parts and saved my glasses. For this I am grateful to her. Thank you for saying MAYBE I CAN.. when others just said NO. Thank you Christina and Eyesite Optometric.

First off, the eye Drs at this place are wonderful and it's a shame the rest of the staff are letting them down. Ever since my beloved optics store in the Palisades burned down I've been looking for a replacement store. This is NOT it. My list of grievances is extensive: they sold me a pair of glasses incompatible with my prescription (i.e., curved lenses with astigmatism), they got my prescription wrong on another pair, they told me that my daughter's glasses can only be cut in Manhattan Beach, so we drove all the way down there only to learn they forgot to mail the lenses, and most recently selling me transition lenses without informing me of the common defect of "crazing," which rendered one lense useless within a year though no fault of my own and will cost $500 to replace, though they did offer 25% off. Absolute failure of customer service. Edit 1: it gets better. Just went to two other optometrists' offices ,who BOTH confirmed my lense failed because they were low quality and it's inexcusable that I wasn't covered by a warranty. So apparently I was upsold all their bells and whistles for their "top of the line" lenses only to nonetheless receive mediocre quality with zero protection from a known and foreseeable issue. Buyer beware!
I’ve been using EyeSite for my glasses for years. I always work with Sherry - she’s wonderful! She’s pleasant, professional & very helpful. A couple of years ago she helped me find some discontinued frames on EBay. This time,, she saved me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Extremely great experience! Would recommend to anyone. Eye exam was great and then had a blast picking out my glasses. 10/10 experience
I had the absolute best experience. I was very nervous for my contacts training and they were SO friendly and comforting. Can't recommend them enough!
