Professionalism, kind and friendly. The receptionist are nice and happy. They are very good at answering questions getting you scheduled and taking care of you. Dr Ryan Haiar is great at his profession. The staff that help you pick out frames are awesome! They help you get into a pair that are right for you with no pressure just friendly guidance. Thank you all at Eye-Site Western and 57th.

I liked them until today when I was told they no longer off glass lenses for, what are they called? Oh yeah, GLASSES!!! Go somewhere else if you are like me and need to have more durable lenses that are a little bit scratch resistant. Yes, I did try plastic lenses one time and even with the scratch guard within two months I needed new glasses. Good-Bye Eye-site!!!

I was assisted by Kelli today in choosing new glasses. She was very helpful and I appreciated her honesty. She knew the inventory and listened to my ideas and was able to choose options for me. I loved that she could look at the option and know if color, size or shape suited me. We easily eliminated styles and I was able to feel confident with the choice. She is a huge credit to the company. Her expertise is an asset to be valued. I couldn’t be happier with how she treated me. Choosing glasses can be a difficult decision but she put me at ease. It was a comfortable and relaxed experience.

Em helped fit me into frames after my exam. Em is so patient, thoughtful and talented. Not to mention she promised she wouldn't let me leave in a pair of frames I didn't like. I enjoyed her personality and excitement which she has for helping each person she meets. Thank you Em for all of your help and genuine care for others.

I have been coming to see Dr. Kollis at Eyesite for over 20 years now and she, and everyone else who works there, have been extremely kind and have gone above and beyond to help me with glasses and contacts. I love being able to try out a pair of contacts before committing to a whole year's worth.
