Dr. Jack Chan and his staff were incredibly accommodating and kind from the moment we walked in until the time we left. They were patient, took the time to listen to our needs, and worked with us every step of the way. We are very happy with the care and service we received and highly recommend them.

I am so happy I made the right choice and had the opportunity to be helped by Dr.Chan and the lovely staff. I came for a thorough eye exam recommended by my doctor and based on previous reviews here I felt comfortable choosing Dr.Chan. I was nervous on what tests would be done but I was always told what I would be doing beforehand and the transparency calmed me down. Dr.Chan was very kind and professional, I look forward to my next appointment.

Just went there to get a new pair of glasses yesterday because I got a pair in a different Optometry couple of months ago, and that place screwed up my lenses. Found Eyevista Optometry through my VSP insurance, called in to schedule the appointment, came in and had a great time with everyone working there. Everyone is very polite and nice, explain everything very clearly, and I had a great experience, 100% will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you!

Dr. Chang was very attentive, polite, and professional. He performed the eye exam quickly and thoroughly. My only comment is that they took photos of my fundus/retina, but no one commented on the images at all—they literally didn’t say a single word about the photos they took. Another point: if you only need glasses that are covered by your insurance, without any additional copays, then this optical shop isn’t the right choice for you. The prices for glasses are a bit high. Also, if you want to buy glasses through insurance, you’ll run into problems. Most importantly, as soon as the staff hears that you need glasses covered by insurance, their expression and attitude toward you change instantly. Also, the shelf with these glasses is located behind a glass display case on the bottom shelf, tucked away in a corner; there’s no proper way to view them, and it’s impossible to pick them up and try them on (unlike at other optical stores, where glasses are displayed on an open rack, available for trying on). We’ll see—maybe they’ll change something in their approach.

The doctor Jack Chan was knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive.He explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly. Also, showed empathy and concern for my well-being.The appointment was timely, with minimal waiting time and provided clear next steps and answered all my questions. I recommended Eyevista to my family members and friends.
