My experience there was phenomenal. As someone who spends all day looking at screens, I truly appreciate their state-of-the-art technology and the precision of their vision care. This was my second visit, and the friendly service and professionalism continue to impress me. They truly deserve a 10 out of 10. Thank You, Rondell H.

As per usual, I had a wonderful visit to LensCrafters in the new Short Hills location. The staff are always so attentive and kind. I have been a client now for about 4-5 years, and each time I return, it’s a great experience. Thank you so much!
Excellent experience. Dr. Sonnenblick was, patient and very kind . He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure I had a thorough eye exam. He took time to explain the results and made sure I was comfortable with my new prescription.
although appointments appeared to me to be overbooked as the wait to be seen was much longer than it ever has been here even though my appointment was scheduled at the time the office opened, the entire staff was friendly, professional, cheerful and upbeat. the doctor too was very welcoming and caring. however, he did not do parts of the eye test that have always been done since i started wearing glasses in kindergarten (like the one where they repeatedly ask whether one or the other view is better, worse or the same), plus he did not explain the change in my vision from last year other than to say it was not a drastic change nor did he look at either of my current pairs of glasses, all of which Dr. Kim and Dr. Patel before her have done during every examination so that i was fully informed and understood what was going on at all times and what exactly the changes were in each eye. i enjoyed my visit and felt comfortable despite my agoraphobia and the waiting time being much too long. and i definitely want to give a special shoutout to manny, one of the doctor's assistants, who did his best to make my time there as enjoyable as possible and kept me informed of my status from beginning to end!
Husband and I went for eye exams today. Staff was warm and welcoming. We were seen at our appointment time so no long waiting. They were thorough with our eye exams and provided the space for questions. Five star service all around. Would highly recommend.
