You won’t find a better optometry practice anywhere else! I’ve been a patient for decades and it’s been a five star experience for me from day one. Dr. Lai is so personable it’s almost like visiting an old friend, however, his prescriptions for my contacts and glasses are always 💯 dead on!
Dr. Gary Lai and Sharon Ho are amazing doctors. They are both thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to ensure our eye exams are comprehensive. We truly appreciate the excellent care they provide to us. The one area that could be improved is the front desk staff. I called several times to reschedule my daughter’s appointment and left multiple voicemail messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I ultimately decided to arrive early for her appointment, and fortunately, they were able to see her. While I’m grateful that everything worked out, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up from the front desk. Improving responsiveness to phone calls and voicemails would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
My experience as a new patient was excellent. The staff were attentive and welcoming—Gracie, Emma, and Brandon were especially helpful and kind. Dr. Ho was easy to talk to, made me feel completely comfortable, and was very thorough and informative throughout the exam. I truly appreciated that the office was not pushy about selling products. I’ve already recommended this clinic to a friend. Hands down, a great optometry practice. Thank you Dr. Ho!
Dr. Sharon Ho is incredibly kind and attentive, and she answers questions with genuine enthusiasm. I came in for a contact lens exam, and she made sure the fit was exactly right for my prescription. She also provided trial lenses so that I could try different options and decide what worked best for me. I really appreciated the time she took to explain the science behind my symptoms. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this place!
Dr. Sharon Ho was always knowledgeable and makes you feel like more than just a patient checked off of a list. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be a patient. She and her team were very patient while teaching me how to use contacts. When I was pregnant, Dr. Sharon Ho shared stories about her mothering experiences. I always knew I was in good hands.
