Just had my annual eye check up with Dr. Kopp. She provides a thorough, professional and personable visit. My eye ware prescription did not need changing so John, the optician, adjusted my existing glasses and added new nose guards and sent me on my way!
Heidi is so good. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and explains everything she does. Nobody better.
Dr. Kopp was wonderful and our visit started great. Unfortunately a terrible experience with John after. He became rude and condescending in front of my child when getting the insurance to pull up was difficult. Completely ruined our experience and made myself and my child very uncomfortable. Won’t return or recommend to others because of him. It’s too bad
Great attention to details and they are very friendly. I always feel at ease with them even when I get my eyes dilated.
