I went here to get an exam and glasses got those dang drops in my eyes usually those drops give me a migraine and I can't see hardly anything for a day because of them. I got the drops in my eyes again here and it was actually great no migraine AND I could still see. They staff are old-school and very nice they may seem "rude" BUT they're not they are just straight forward no sugarcoating things and I LOVE that tell me the truth if im going blind (im not) id like to know. Highly recommend going here they're great.

Completely unprofessional dump! The owner didn't wear a mask any of the two times I was in his clinic, if you can call it that? He talks about himself and how great and knowledgeable he is. He was also very off putting to the customer in front of me as well. I was trying to support his small business but that was a huge mistake and waste of time. He sent my safety glasses back because I didn't pick them up soon enough. I had personal family issues going on and I picked up at my first opportunity I had. They never called me to inform me that they were going to send them back. If I would have known that I would have made special arrangements to pick them up. Now I don't have safety glasses for work and I have to start the whole process over through work. I would never go back here and I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone! Wish I could give zero stars.

My Mother went yesterday to see if there were any glasses to help with their low vision. The Doctor was VERY rude. He told her that if it weren't for my Dad she would be with a cane and walker (mind you she is 65 and very mobile). She also was told to quit asking him to read her labels and things for her and to go to the State for help. She wanted to get something with a magnifying option to which the Doctor told her there was nothing he could do for her. He even told her that if he were to show her numbers or letters and she got them confused (like B instead of 8) that she would be lying. This doctor is anything but kind. He was talking down to her like she was a child. Made her feel HORRIBLE and made her cry. My Dad was very upset, but kept his cool. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE! There is no compassion, no making the patient feel welcomed or comfortable.

The only positive thing from this place was that they were open during the first pandemic shut down and I needed contacts badly. That was August, It is now January and I am still fighting with them to give me my prescription to use elsewhere. Their prices are too high. The goofy guy that manages the office wouldn't wear a mask and was rude every time I went in.

I recommend them No masks, which is awesome for me personally for my health issues. The doctor was detailed, and even told me something that pearl vision never did in the years spent with them. They take a variety of insurances I'm coming back for my next exam for sure.
