Wow so, I’m not kidding - I had the best experience at the store in the century city mall this morning. Every person that worked there was top notch. They were sincere, knowledgeable, helpful and really cool, actually. The doctor was fantastic and I loved her vibe! Equipment was modern and the store was impeccable- with MANY cool glasses. I was surprised because it’s just a well known chain, but this store had it going on. WAY better than warby Parker, not even close. They even helped my mom with her glasses as we were sitting there - they were new and had been making her crazy - this chick fixed them in like one minute. Great staff. But I’m totally serious when I say it was a great experience. Will always go to this place for my glasses. I wrote this because I want ppl to know about them & they deserve it.
