It was a good experience at lens crafters purchasing a new pair of glasses. The services was good and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Not bad! The only reason I gave them 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s is because I thought my glasses were going to cost a little less. Their prices are a little high but it’s well worth the sacrifice. I’m happy with my new pair of Ralph Lauren Polo glasses. Thank you LensCrafters!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. Dr. Cristal Maharaj, OD, was exceptional, thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my exam results clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and genuine care. The eyewear selection was great, and the team helped me find frames that fit my prescription and personal style perfectly. I had prescription Transition lenses swapped into my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and the team at LensCrafters made the whole process easy. I wasn’t sure many places would even work on smart glasses, but they were knowledgeable, professional, and handled everything with care. The turnaround and customer service exceeded my expectations. My glasses came out perfect and I’m extremely happy with the result. Highly recommend if you need help with prescription lenses or Meta eyewear.
Though this location is definitely showing it's age externally, and sadly, internally, the staff are great and the services are still high-end. This is a place that will even work with you to change out older pairs of sunglasses with a new prescription! How rare is that personal service in this day and age? How many love their older sunnies but need new scripts and are forced to buy new ones when the style has changed? Well... here, you can just upgrade your prescription/lenses and keep the frame and it's done in about a week! Other family members have used this service, too and have been most pleased. LensCrafters does have plenty of glasses and sunglass options, too and work with you and your insurance. Highly recommend.
