The staff were very helpful and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and provided various options that met my needs. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.
Dr Searby at LensCrafters provided an excellent experience during my visit. He was patient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything throughout the eye exam. He made sure I understood my options and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of care he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses.
I've been getting my yearly exams with Dr. Do for at least 10 years and just love her! She's so friendly and explains things so you understand. Very caring and genuine. Will continue to go to Lenscrafters as long as they'll have me!
Dr. Do is an exceptional optometrist. She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain conditions using visuals, listens intently and answers all questions clearly and thoughtfully . She demonstrates genuine care for her patients and always follows up. She sees my entire family and we all highly recommend Dr. Do.
