Came into Stanton Optical and was greeted with kindness by Benite. She checked me in , gave me eye exam, all the tests and answered all my questions with a smile on her face she even was there when I picked up my glasses. Will definitely come back again. Shes nice to her coworkers always helping them out and her managers rely on her because she quick to multitasking. Thank you Benite

This location is by far worst in all areas of customer care. First don't go here if you are one of the last ones of the day. They shouldn't schedule so late if they are not going to have patience for people who are using contacts for the first time. They be pushing you out. Second horrible thing is no communication between the actual store and customer service. Customer service line will tell you one thing and the store in person will just say it's customer service fault. No one will take responsibility for errors and making us drive total of an hour for them to just say its not them. Overall terrible experience for my son and myself.
I drove 40 minutes for what was advertised as a **free eye exam** on your website. I also confirmed this over the phone and was told it would be free. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist informed me that the eye exam costs $79. I was then told that the exam is “free” only if you purchase glasses from your store — which are already priced high enough to offset the exam cost. That is not clearly communicated upfront. What’s even more disappointing is that I was told the customer service team “doesn’t always have full information” and that next time I should call the store directly. That is not acceptable. Customers should be given accurate and transparent information before they drive long distances for an appointment. This feels misleading and unprofessional. It’s unreasonable to expect someone who has driven 40 minutes to simply accept an unexpected $79 charge. I chose not to proceed, but this experience was extremely frustrating. Clear and honest communication would prevent situations like this. I choose VisionWorks for the free Eye Exam I got my glasses from them as well.
I want to start this by saying this… I am moving my review over from trust pilot because seems I can’t get any responses there. My original experience began March 9th I want to start this by saying this would totally be a 5 star review however. I called in to ask about pricing and things before I scheduled an appointment to come in. Little did I know it was a call center…. There is a promotion going on $289 for bio true it’s a 6 month supply plus exam. I have an astigmatism so I knew there would be additional fees due to that. The guy on the phone said no problem out the door it will be $355 beautiful I book my same day appointment and go in. I was greeted by Ty the manager she was a total doll! Then Kamari came over and got me started. Rachael came over and she proceeded to help me with the telehealth exam I believe it was. When we were going over questions and things I confirmed what the call center agent had told me about pricing. She told me that was incorrect came back and gave me what the pricing was. It was well over 100$ more than what I was told. At that point I was already in the chair and thus far the ladies were all so amazing. I wasn’t happy but proceeded. There was an issue with the results for the telehealth exam so they got me in with Dr Hsu who also simply was amazing I don’t think I have laughed so hard in a while. Over all in store my experience was so great all of the ladies and the Dr were so amazing. Still quite disappointed at the pricing as I would have shopped around more, I have extreme social anxiety with adhd so walking out was not an option for me. I was so excited I even told Rachael how their prices beat Costco pricing and I was amazed by that. My contacts came quickly loved that. I talked to Ty about my overall experience I wanted her to know how much I loved the girls and the Dr but also wanted her to have the feed back of the call center. She was so apologetic about it all told me to make sure to leave a review about the experience, took down my phone number and is planning on contacting me in a week or so to try to make it all right. I want to preface this with THE CALL CENTER IS THE PROBLEM misquoting callers who are looking to have services made is a HUGE problem. Trying to speak to anyone in store is a nightmare with the run around. I spoke with Ty again and she was amazing as per my original review. She is working hard to fix the mistakes the call center makes repeatedly.
What an absolute scam and WASTE OF TIME. After seeing ad I called and price was confirmed @ $79.99 for exam +2 pairs of glasses. After the exam and long wait, and choosing the 2 frames (which I was told I could choose any of the frames on the racks), I was told cost would be $904.00. Shocked, I told the staffer I had come for $79.99 advertised and confirmed price. I was then told I could choose only certain frames in a small section on rack and that I could not get the lenses for my prescription, I could only get lenses for distance for that price. I spent over an hour. This place is an absolute scam. I decided to get up and leave. Why not just be clear up front? They wasted their time and efforts as well as mine. Terrible business model!!!
