Every visit is always great, they're so welcoming, listen well, and give excellent care. The doctor's super professional and we have good chats during appointments, and she gives awesome advice on glasses & contacts. The front desk person is always friendly and knows their stuff. I really appreciate all that, which is why I keep coming back.

EDIT: 10-23-25 So happy with this location and their wonderful staff - they honored their 50% off offer for a second pair, which is awesome! I really needed a pair of work glasses and I’m just beyond stoked that I got Armani glasses at such a thrifty price. And the turnaround time was WAY faster than expected! Thanks again, Target! A+ HIGHLY RECOMMEND this convenient location. The store is great! Stephanie is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Had issues at multiple other locations (not Target) and she was the ONLY one out of three other places to figure out that the issue was with the original prescription, not the glasses. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our lives a little easier.

My wife and I had our eyes examined and we purchased glasses at Target Optical on Fulton Ave. It was a great experience - the eye doctor was very pleasant to work with and she did a very thorough job. - we never felt rushed or unimportant. And the shining stars were Jeff and Stephanie - they were wonderful and gave us top-level customer service. They worked with us to find the right frames and made the whole process very easy and fun. They were also extremely knowledgeable about lenses and the entire process and were exceptional about detail and making perfect frame adjustments. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of there. I also just took my two granddaughters there. Would highly recommend.

I went there to get my glasses fixed. The gentleman was very polite and helpful, fixed the problem quickly, and kindly didn’t charge me for the repair. I really appreciated the great service.

I regently stopped by the Target optical shop at 1919 Fulton Ave. and spoke with Jeff about the missing nose pad on my sunglasses. I didn't have the sunglasses with me that day but Jeff told me just bring them in sometime and he would add a new pad, no charge. I went the next day, Jeff was not there but Stephanie was able to replace both nose pads for me. Both Jeff and Stephanie were very kind and helpful. I will be stopping by to talk to them again when I need a new pair of glasses.
